The map of No/Low Alcohol drinks.

Discover the best ones, find where to have them, choose where to buy them.

Ferments, botanical blends and craft beers: drinks made with little or no alcohol.

The waitlist is open: the first version of the map is coming by the end of the year.

Not drinking shouldn't
mean boring drinks.

Too often it's juice or a soft drink. Yet hundreds of independent producers make carefully crafted, surprising drinks with little or no alcohol. The hard part is finding your way: which ones are worth it, and where to get them.

Verso is the map of No/Low drinks: where to drink them and where to buy them. We pick the best ones: drinks made with little or no alcohol from the start. Then we show you the bars, restaurants and shops that pour or sell them. The map arrives by Christmas 2026.

Every drink has its own profile: ingredients, sugar content, tasting notes and pairings. So you know what you're choosing.

  2. Find where to have it.

  3. Choose where to buy it.

Who picks the drinks.

Some of us have worked with No/Low drinks for years; others came from a completely different line of work. We've tasted every drink you can find here and talked to the people who make it. The drink profiles share what we've learned.

The map arrives by Christmas 2026, and people on the waitlist get in first.

Have you ever had, even once, a kombucha, a botanical ferment, a proxy wine or a craft alcohol-free beer?

Soft drinks, juices, dealcoholised wine and mass-market alcohol-free beers don't count.

Questions and answers.

Are these drinks alcohol-free?

Almost all of them. A few contain a tiny amount of alcohol, because some processes, like long-fermented tea, naturally produce a trace. The exact ABV is always clearly shown on the profile.

Why don't you offer dealcoholised wines?

Because we prefer drinks made without alcohol from the start: complex kombuchas, botanical ferments, proxies and infusions built for body, acidity and balance. Drinks with a character and identity of their own.

When will the map go live?

The first version goes live by Christmas 2026, with priority access for the waitlist. After that it grows city by city, with new producers and places.

Do I have to pay to use it?

No. The map is free, and it stays free.

Is Verso also a marketplace?

Yes. After the map we'll open the shop: order from different producers and shops with one cart and one payment. Waitlist members get priority access, and the map will always be free for everyone.

What will ‘one cart’ mean?

Once the shop opens, you won't have to visit five different sites, create five accounts and type in your card details five times to try different things. You'll put everything in one cart and place one order. Orders will ship straight from the producers or partner shops. At checkout you'll see each one's delivery cost up front, clear and with no surprises. Until then, the map shows you the best-value shop for each drink, wherever you are.

How much do they cost?

Price depends on the format and how it's made: a 750 ml bottle costs about as much as a good craft wine, a can or single-serve bottle about as much as a craft beer. These are slow fermentations, carefully sourced ingredients and small batches, and the price reflects that work.

What's on a drink profile?

Who makes it, the ingredients, sugar content, the ABV even when it's close to zero, and whether it's live or pasteurised. How to drink it: tasting notes and pairings. How to get it: where it's served, where it ships from and what it costs.

I run a bar, restaurant or bottle shop, or make No/Low drinks. Can we work together?

We'd love to. We're interested in bars, restaurants and bottle shops that already serve some No/Low drinks or want to start, and in producers of kombucha, botanical ferments, proxy wines and craft alcohol-free beers. Drop us an email: we'll get on a call, taste what you make and explain how we choose. Then we'll decide together whether and how to go ahead.

What happens if I sign up with my email?

Only a few emails, and only when there's news: the first producers, new places on the map and the shop opening. Unsubscribe in one click. We never share your address.
